Items are shipped under standard postage non-tracked unless requested otherwise. If you would like a tracked delivery please contact hello@fantasticofans.com before placing your order and we will advise on the additional cost depending on your location

If you do not recieve your fan within 7 working days in the UK or 14 working days in other locations please contact amanda@fantasticofans.com

Please note that orders shipped outside of the UK maybe subject to customs and VAT charges at point of delivery which is beyond our control
