What’s the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
We keep things simple — our minimum order value is just £150 for your first order and we offer free shipping too! We want to make it as easy as possible to try our products! If ordering on Faire the minimum order is higher at £200 but Faire offer the benefit of 60 days terms - we enourage all our stockists to choose whats best for them! Not sure? What are your lead times?
Most orders are packed and shipped within 3–5 working days. During peak season (summer and Christmas), we may take slightly longer, but we’ll always communicate timelines clearly.
We hold our wholesale stock in the UK so there are no nasty surprises with import tax for our UK stockists
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we supply retailers all over the world. Whether you’re based in Europe, the UK, the US, or further afield, we can ship directly to you or you can order through Faire using your local fulfilment options.

How are your products packaged?
Every item comes retail-ready with premium packaging. Fans are boxed or sleeved, jewellery is carded or boxed, and capes are folded and labelled for easy display. All packaging uses eco-friendly, recyclable materials.
What is your returns policy for wholesale?
We accept returns for any damaged or defective items. Just contact your account manager within 7 days of delivery and we’ll arrange replacements or credits. For change-of-mind returns, we handle these case-by-case to support our retailers as fairly as possible.
